I was inserting the shortcode to insert the currency exchange before each price table inserted in all the pages related to solutions->e-commerce. For example, open the “All sales channels” page, now go to the bottom of the page to find the price list. Now change the currency and see for yourself how, changing the currency, the page refreshes and returns to the top. So obviously the customers are sidetracked (I myself wondered why the system behaved like this). Can’t you make sure that, changing the currency, you change only the values inside the table and not the whole page? In my opinion, this system not only misleads customers who, after having done an abundant reading, find themselves back at the top of the page, but I think it slows down the site considerably… I think this is a serious mistake.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello

Currency switching only works on page reload, unfortunately the plugin has no other feature

    Hi @mediawebster

    Thank you for your answer.

Can you make sure that after the system refreshes the whole page, it doesn’t lose the observation position? Customers that are at the bottom of the page stay there even after the page refreshes. It can be done?

    Hello

As I wrote above, the plugin does not have such a feature. Unfortunately we don’t have a solution for you.
