Shortcode produces the website’s 404 error page
-
Found this plugin yesterday, installed and activated it, and created a new appointment type. Tested the appointment process. In the client email, the cancel/reschedule link went to the 404 error page, which was not acceptable. So, deactivated and unistalled the plugin. Tried a few others.
Today reinstalled the plugin, put the appointment shortcode on a page and now the shortcode shows the 404 error page where the calendar should be. The page header and the breadcrumbs show normally above the error page.
When I press the support tab, I see one warning:
Scheduled events
A scheduled event (ssa_cron_process_async_actions) has failed to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that notifications and synchronization with 3rd party services may not work as intended.Any way this could be fixed? I liked the way the calendar looked on the page and would like to use this plugin and also to have cancel/reschedule link working. Thank you for looking into this.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
