Found this plugin yesterday, installed and activated it, and created a new appointment type. Tested the appointment process. In the client email, the cancel/reschedule link went to the 404 error page, which was not acceptable. So, deactivated and unistalled the plugin. Tried a few others.

Today reinstalled the plugin, put the appointment shortcode on a page and now the shortcode shows the 404 error page where the calendar should be. The page header and the breadcrumbs show normally above the error page.

When I press the support tab, I see one warning:
    Scheduled events
A scheduled event (ssa_cron_process_async_actions) has failed to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that notifications and synchronization with 3rd party services may not work as intended.

Any way this could be fixed? I liked the way the calendar looked on the page and would like to use this plugin and also to have cancel/reschedule link working. Thank you for looking into this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hey @rideshareguides – thanks for getting in touch and giving the plugin a second shot. We have seen a similar issue on some sites that have custom 404 handling. We’re working on some adjustments to the plugin so that it is more flexible on different site setups so the 404 screen doesn’t show up.

In the meantime, could you try adding a page called “SSA Embed” (which should use the default permalink/slug “ssa-embed”) You can simply create a page with the title “SSA Embed” and publish the page, no other action should be necessary.

Please let us know if that fixes the issue for you. You can email our premium support – [email protected] – and we’ll help you look into it further if this doesn’t work.

    Thanks,
    Nathan

    Hi Nathan,

That worked! Really like how easy this plugin is to use and the look on the website. Thank you so much!

Except that the link at the bottom in the email sent to the user still goes to a 404 error page. Can that be fixed in the next update? Is there a workaround for that for now?

    Hello @rideshareguides ,

It looks like the /appointments page went missing, which is the page we use for editing and rescheduling appointments. Can you restore that from your trash? Those links should work if that page is restored.
