You can use the following plugin to display WooCommerce reviews via shortcode: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/
In order to display the product description you can use the default ?wcdp_donation_form shortcode and add description=”1″ (see https://wcdp.jonh.eu/documentation/getting-started/shortcode/).
