Shortcode does not show breadcrumbs

    This is the plugin I’ve been looking for for a long time. Glad I found it, however I’m having a problem running it.

    I have Yoast Breadcrumbs Enabled (however I did not place the code anywhere, I think it’s not necessary, right?) and I use a page builder from the theme I bought (Kinetika).

    I put the shortcode [yoast-breadcrumb] in a Richtext Box which works with other shortcodes, but it does not show anything. It’s empty space.

    Do you have any idea what is going on here?

    Hi dominiccc,

    if this box enables shortcodes, than it should work. Can you please share your url, where I can see the issue?

    Please also try to add the shortcode to a normal page, without the pagebuilder boxes or modules! If the breadcrumb is working on a normal page, but not displaying in a box, than it could be a conflict with the pagebuilder.

    It does not work on a normal page either. I contacted the theme support team, perhaps they will have an idea. I’ll update later in case anyone else has the same issue.

    Can you please provide an url, where I can “see” the issue? I’d like to see the url, where you put the shortcode in a normal content of a page, without the pagebuilder.
