    Hi,

    This may be a conflict with either your theme or another plugin on website.

    You can try switching to another theme or deactivating any other plugin that alters your page editor inputs or all other plugins to then see if the shortcode works.

    Afterwards try reactivating the other plugins one by one to see which causes the problem.
