Shortcode Thumbnail error

    Before I go through the usual process of disabling all the plugins to try and find the cause of the following error, I’m asking if anyone has had a similar problem of the thumbnail not showing and can offer any help.
    I’ve tried using the Shortcode Ultimate default and teaser template

    I’ve provided a link to the relevant page but to view you would have to be logged in!!
