Shortcode to Disable TOC Manually

  • Hi. In other TOC plugins, I am able to add a shortcode such as [no-toc] to the content and disable the table of contents on that page only.

    I do not want the TOC on my recipes, but I like them on my posts, so I have it enabled to auto-insert on posts only. This is on purpose; however, my recipe articles are not a custom post type, they are in the posts section and I would like to be able to manually disable the TOC when I do publish recipes.

    Is there a shortcode that will allow this?

    Linked URL is an example of this. The TOC shows on the inside of the recipe plugin I have because I have not created content for the recipe.
