This is the shortcode I used in the widget:

    [WPCR_SHOW POSTID=”ALL” NUM=”4″ PAGINATE=”0″ PERPAGE=”5″ SHOWFORM=”1″ HIDEREVIEWS=”0″ HIDERESPONSE=”1″ SNIPPET=”140″ MORE=”read full review” HIDECUSTOM=”0″ ]

    Thanks,
    Nicki

    Hi Frits,

That’s OK. Is it something that you are able to look into or do I just accept it can’t be done. If it can’t be done I will need to remove the shortcode widget from the sidebar.

    Kind regards,
    Nicki

    Hi Frits,

After some research we realised that with the cut over and upgrade of Customer Review 3, the wp_postmeta fields that contain the business name, URL and other records had been overwritten with the ‘site’ business name and details. We ended up writing some SQL code as a one-off fix that has copied the business name and URL from the wp_posts table and that has worked around the issue.

    Thanks,
    Nicki

    Hi Nicki,
Can you possible help me with this one?
When i updated WordPress to 4.6.1 with my theme “Biznez Lite”, customers got the following error “An unknown error has occurred E01” from my WP Customer Reviews plugin version 3.1.2 when they send me a review.
    Thnx
    Frits
