Shortcode to show Gift Wrap

There are no shortcodes to move the placement however you can use hooks to move the placement, as long as it stays inside the cart or checkout <form>s. This was mentioned here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/add-hooks-where-the-add-gift-wrap-can-appear/. If you have a developer this should be pretty simple to achieve.
