SHortcode UI Stopped working for me today

Hi,
Great useful plugin.
But … ?? It just topped working for me today/ I get the code displayed instead.

[Data_Disclaimer] is suppose to show this:
“<p style=”text-align: left;”>Podaci a?urirani zaklju?no sa 18. 03. 2013. Ukoliko primetite gre?ke ili ?elite da dopunite postoje?u bazu podataka pi?ite na: info@izbornareforma.rs</p>”
Any help would be welcome.
