Shortcode upg-list user=”show_mine” not working

    The title says it all: photos uploaded by users are not shown on the page with the shortcode [upg-list user=”show_mine” layout=”filter” perpage=”50″]

    The web site requires login ([email protected]/cur-haunch-noisome).

    I tested on your site and found it is not working proerly.

    To make a fixes faster, can you test one by creating a new page and keep shortcode as [upg-post] and check if it is working properly ?

    I created a new page with the [upg-post] shortcode: https://hexagon-info.ch/upg-test-page/

    I can upload a picture through that page but still, when I click on to link to get to the page with my gallery it is empty.

    I now also created a new page with the shortcode [upg-list user=”show_mine”] and defined it as the Members My Gallery Page in Basic Settings (https://hexagon-info.ch/meine-galerie/) but the result is the same.

    It seems as, plugin not able to fetch a login username and not able to assign it.
    Probably there is a bug in a code but at your development platform and demo site it is working fine.
    There must be some setting issue or any conflict with other plugins.

    At UPG advance settings, there is a option “Assign user for unregistered or not logged in users” do select that and save it. Just for a test.

    If still didn’t work mail me at [email protected] with our admin/ftp login details so that I can find out the issue.

    We confirm that there is not issues with UPG plugin.
    If any other plugin who change the behavior of custom post type CPT may break the result if not coded properly.

    For eg. ‘WP Extended Search’ plugin created a issues and UPG didn’t work properly.
