    Hi,

    Wonderful, responsive plugin.

Just wondering if there’s a way to have the related posts appear below the content and other plugins? Right now I have the main post and below it is a social share plugin and then advanced ads (in that order).

It’d be great to have related posts appear below the social links & advanced ads. I noticed there’s a shortcode in the plugin, but I’m just not sure where to put that in one of the theme’s php files. The theme is called greatmag, if that helps.

I can kinda get it working this way but need to add the social links and ads plugins in each post, so using a shortcode for related posts to appear at the very end of the post would be brilliant.

Any help appreciated and thanks for a great plugin!

  • Hi Jaigua,

Thomas here, the developer of the mentioned Advanced Ads plugin.

My plugin has an option that would allow changing the priority of the injection. It is set to 100 by default and lowering it to 9, 10, or 20 normally comes with a visible effect on the order of the injected ad compared to other elements.

You can find the option under Advanced Ads > Settings > General > Content Injection > Priority of content injection filter.

    Best regards,
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas!

Thank you so much for popping in and helping out – it’s really appreciated and that setting in Advanced Ads is just perfect (worked a treat). I managed to have the ad appear below the post and above the Related Posts (the 9 setting did the trick).

Really incredible plugin and been using it for ages and about to get it set up on a new site.

Again, thank you for taking the time here and helping me out.

    All the best
    Alex

Thanks for your kind feedback, Alex.

Would you find a minute to say it here?

Please also mark this thread as resolved if you are happy so that the developers of Related Post know that they see that they don’t need to reply anymore.

Of course! Something I should probably do more often with plugins and leaving feedback so that the developers like yourself know it’s really appreciated and all the work is put to good use by so many of us.

    Kind regards,
    Alex
