Shortcode use within page template not showing

    I don’t know anything about the theme. Try it on other theme (themes that come with wp) to see if it is working or not.

    Have used the above code in the footer area of the default theme twentythirteen and it returned the same the same issue (not displaying content only containing box).
    Using [AjaxWPQSF id={622}] within widget area works just fine.

    Try remove the brackets in the shortcode. It should be

    [AjaxWPQSF id=622]
