    When I try to go to the support ticket page I get a page not found error. Is there a shortcode that should be placed inside a page?

    Also, Where do I add the agents so I can assign tickets to them?

    I managed to get the support ticket page working by updating the permalinks, but now when I try to create a ticket from a purchased product I’m taken to a page not found.
