    Great plugin… (THUMBS UP)

    User Firstname: [user_firstname]
    User Lastname: [user_lastname]
    These are not being sent in emails….
    Everything else works perfectly…

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for your message.

    Which BNFW notifications are you using where these aren’t outputting anything?
    Can you confirm you’re using the correct shortcodes for these notifications as per this page: https://betternotificationsforwp.com/documentation/notifications/shortcodes/

    I have the same problem.
    The email arrives, but the name does not appear
    Ex: Hello [email_user_firstname] [user_user_lastname]

    I tried to use:
    New User -Post-registration Email
    New User Registration – For user

    Can you help me?

    Are you using a plugin to create users? Or are you adding them via the WP Admin or the standard WP registration/login form?

    Hi @leandromx,
    In that case, you may need to change which plugin you’re using to do this as not all add the user in a way that BNFW can detect the new user and send a notification for them. Any that use the standard way of adding a user in WordPress should work but it’s difficult to provide support for ones that don’t.
