    The best way to currently do that is to create the table using the shortcode and then copy the generated HTML into your category description.

    You could also have a look on https://codex.www.ads-software.com/ and see if there is a hook you can activate and build a new plugin for that.

    I’ll reply back here if I find a way to do it, and feel free to do the same if you find anything.
