Shortcodes and tootlips not working

  • I’ve installed the free version of the plugin to test for a Client and seems as though there are some issues.

    When I hover or click on the question marks, no tooltips appear.

    When I click the created shortcode, nothing appears and nothing copies to the clipboard.

    Am I missing something??

    Hi,

    the tooltip that should appear is called popover. If you are not able to see anything, I guess that you are running a conflict with another WordPress plugin, maybe because 2 incompatible bootstrap versions are loaded within the document.

    We can understand the reason of this issue only by logging into your website and looking at the browser console to check whether there are any javascript errors/warnings.

    If you want to provide us with a temporary login to your back-end, you can reach us from the contact form of our website.

    You can also verify what is the other plugin that generates the incompatibility by deactivating the other installed plugins one by one until the issue gets resolved. Also consider that the issue might be due to the installed theme, which could load scripts and stylesheets in the back-end.
