Shortcodes and widgets not working

  • Hi,

    The plugin appears to work inserting the rating form in posts as set in settings, but widgets and shortcodes do nothing when I insert them in a page or post.

    I am using Elegant Themes Divi theme and WP Super Cache. I wonder if there is some incompatibilty issue.

    Hi Jotomas,

    It could be a compatibility issue. Which shortcodes/widgets are you using? What is happening, does anything show? If you try disabling WP Super Cache or use a different theme and then retest does it work?
