Shortcodes block display on mobile devices

Greetings!

To create a custom “puzzle” layout, we created the page using individual code blocks containing different GridKit shortcodes for each block. On desktop, the approach works as expected. However, when viewed for mobile devices, none of the blocks with shortcodes appears.

We consulted with the tech support folks at Avada. After their research, they replied that it is the GridKit shortcode that is blocking the display of each code block on mobile devices.

To clarify further, for the desktop display, we configured the layout to display on medium and large screens using the Avada configuration for their containers and columns. For the small screens (mobile devices), we created the same layout underneath the desktop/laptop code blocks, but indicated they were only for small screens. We did this because we needed to add padding to the left and right margins of the page for large and medium size screens due to the limitations of the GridKit plugin to respect the actual size of the image container in Avada. The small screen version of the layout was to display the GridKit shortcodes WITHOUT using any margin accommodation.

Please advise how we can get the mobile devices (small screens) to render based on this layout and use of Avada theme with Gridkit plugin. We are happy to provide access credentials if needed for your research purposes.
