Shortcodes do not work

  • Hello,
    I am using version 9.0.2 and the shortcodes do not work.
    I am using this:
    [wp_support_plus_create_ticket]
    [wp_support_plus_all_tickets]

    With the previous version it worked perfectly. What I can do?

  • ME TOO – The whole system just went away – the plugin (pro version) is activated but there’s no support button and no display of admin or member-side tickets
