shortcodes do not work with greenshift theme

Hi,

shortcodes I insert are not displayed. All plugins except the one that uses the shortcode are disabled All plugins and the greenshift theme are up to date. When I switch to the twenty twenty three theme everything works. Any idea what the problem could be
