Shortcodes do not work with UberMenu (on click) option

I found it strange, but shortcodes ultimate does not properly work with UberMenu.
Only when hover option is used in UberMenu, it works. Once you switch to click mode, shortcodes stop working. It looks like a java script unresolvable conflict.
