Shortcodes do nothing

Hi. I’m using a custom theme and installed your plugin. I have setup a profile setting on Ultimate Members -> Forms, but when I place the chortcode on a page I’m getting redirect to the homepage and the shortcodes do nothing. I also tried to create a page template and write in php echo do_shortcode(‘[ultimatemember form_id=”95″]’); and does nothing again. This would be my favourite choice btw. What is going on?
