Shortcodes Don’t Appear On My Site

    Hello, I have a problem with the shortcodes.

    When I enter the Shortcode ID, nothing appears, as it is a blank page. I have this problem for my Contact Forms etc.

    I use Ninja Forms.

  • Hi, I can see that the form loads for you now. I am having the same issue but can’t resolve it… I’m getting this error: “data.maybeFilterHTML is not a function”

    Hi,

    I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this. In the console of my browser, I see the following JS error:
    “Uncaught TypeError: data.maybeFilterHTML is not a function at eval”

    I searched our support system and found instances where clients found that some plugins, such as caching plugins, were causing Javascript to be delayed.

    Does the issue persist when temporarily disabling other add-ons and momentarily switching to a default WordPress theme?

    The “Health Check and Troubleshooting” plugin can be used in order to test your site without impacting any site visitors.
