Shortcodes for Design

What do you mean by design?

I mean how to place the Fields.

Why can i only ask one question and get an answer, if i write something to the answer, the starts over from new.

A shortcode is just a way to output some content dynamically on your website. If you look at the code on your front-end, you’ll see HTML and be able to analyze it, then add some CSS somewhere else.

I have added the “Chatbots” tab yesterday, and you can also now define your theme with CSS directly, but it will have to be from scratch (even I have some defaults CSS to get started with).
