This is for the automatic post notification (monthly post roundup) …
The following sentence is from one post (of many) that will go out at the end of this month via our new post notification setup:
“You can break any motorcycle tire bead quickly with B01N4P5LQH|three short tire irons”
B01N4P5LQH|three <- is a stripped out shortcode. Not cool. At all.
I’ve been trying for over a year to get MailPoet to make use of my already established shortcodes.
WHAT IS THE WORKAROUND to enable these so that they appear as they do when viewing my site?
p.s. I’d rather not have to maintain two copies of the same function, so let’s skip that bit.
Pro Tip: give us an advanced tab that enables this, complete with a “Warning, you might actually know what you’re doing” clause if you have to.
