We had been using the LiveMesh Carousel to create an events calendar on a website, with HTML Elements consisting of a custom shortcode that pulls custom data in a highly specific format. However, recently this has stopped working – the navigation dots and next/previous arrows appear, but all shortcodes content is visible at once and does not slide as expected.

It appears that what is happening is that the Livemesh Carousel is processing everything before the shorcodes are rendered out – any other non-shortcode content added the HTML Element appears correctly in the carousel, but any shortcode content remains steadfastly outside.

This may have happened as far back as the upgrade to LiveMesh SiteOrigin Widgets v2.3 but has not been noticed until now.
