Shortcodes Needed

    I would like to be able to use a shortcode in a footer widget. One for upcoming meetings, and one for meetings near me. I have no idea how to create one, and I don’t want to use a plugin. I have seen shortcodes on other sites using this plugn, so I know it can be done…to be honest…I don’t have the time to learn either.

  • Hm, I wasn’t alerted to this topic. Sorry for the delay.

    There’s a shortcode for upcoming meetings, see the FAQ. Shortcodes don’t always work in a text widget though. You *could* install a plugin to enable that, but it’d be cleaner to use the existing Upcoming Meetings widget instead of a text widget + shortcode.

    There isn’t a “near me” widget option as yet.
