It’s more the shortcodes from plugins like tablepress, twitch embed and also some others that I can’t recall just right now.

Ok, make sure that TablePress is up to date (the current version is 1.7). If it is, I recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/tablepress#postform so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
