shortcodes not working

I’ve downloaded the Sermon Manager plugin and deployed it to my site, however I can’t get any of the shortcodes to render as they should on the page I created for sermons. It looks as if I’m just getting the default settings that display on the /sermons page and I’ve tried everything I know to do with no success. Any help is appreciated.
