shortcodes not working

    hi guys,
    i am using this plugin in conjunction with an S2member (by wpsharks) website.

    the plugin is sending emails to the generic list of wordpress users, however, none of the shortcodes work.

    If i wish to personalise emails, ie [[first-name]] or [[user-email]], all it does is email the shortcode and not the personalised username or email.

    what is wrong?

    Could i also add, i think that the problem may be with the plugin coding in that the query that returns values from the wordpress database is looking for fields that S2members plugin has altered.
    for example, in S2member, the user fields are not titled “user-name”. There is “user-nicename” or “meta_key_first_name” etc.

    So i suspect that this plugin needs its coding altered so that other custom shortcodes are possible which when created by the wordpress user, it automatically inserts these into the mysql query.

    Can you confirm this is the issue please?
