Shortcodes not working

    I’ve creared a custom post type ‘articles’. Shortcodes are displayed as text, [shortcode] etc, in the ‘articles’ post types but are displayed correctly in standard posts. Do I need to add support for shortcodes somewhere?

    I’d check how your archive/single post type templates are outputting things. If they’re not using the_content() and similar, then the shortcodes are probably not getting parsed.

    We don’t put any sort of extra settings on things for shortcodes.

    Thanks, I’m using elementor pro so I guess it has something to do with that. I’ll message them.
