shortcodes not working

These issues are typically a theme conflict (if your theme doesn’t use the_content hook to show post content). As this is a more technical issue, we are limited to help you figure this out via this .org thread. Our Support team (in the Member Support Area) available to Standard Members, would be best to help you. Here are a few things to try on your own:

• What theme are you using?
• What happens if you switch to a default theme and then try the shortcode?
• Instead of using the shortcode, can you use the require membership block? Here’s some documentation about how to use this: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/content-controls/with-the-membership-block/
