    Hi,

I am using the free version. Yesterday I created a test account which was working OK including the making an affiliate link and getting commissions.

But… it is impossible for me to log in as an affiliate login page (see link above). I did test the shortcode [AffiliatesLogin] on another page but same problem. No login fields appear.

The [AffiliatesHome] shortcode is also not working. The dashboard shortcode was working fine yesterday.

The website is build with Divi and uses the free Members plugin. Deactivating that plugin did not resolve the issue.

    Thanks,
    Margriet

    Hi Margriet,
    we hope you’re doing well!

Those shortcodes you mention do not belong to our plugin. The correct ones are the following:

    [yith_wcaf_affiliate_dashboard]
    [yith_wcaf_registration_form]

Here is our documentation about the shortcodes available in our plugin.

Check it out and tell us any doubts, please.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

It is taking me some time but I am getting there.

    I now have 2 page:
registration page – which also doubles als the login page for registrered affiliates
affiliate dashboard – which has 3 issues

    Affiliate dashboard issues:
    1) the payments tab goes to a 404 page
    2) the setting tab also goes to a 404 page
    3) when a visitor directly types the dashboard url, only the Register form is visible. Would it not be more logical that the Log in form should show up here?

Where & when does an affiliate fill out his bank details? Would that be in one of the not working tabs?

    Thanks,

    Margriet
