Shortcodes not working

I have narrowed it down to a theme conflict. I am using Evolve. There are no plugin conflicts. When using theme Twenty Fifteen the shortcode works fine. I have also posted this on the Evolve support threads, but am hoping you might know more.

Yes, this seems like a conflict with the theme, but unfortunately we are unable to fix theme conflicts for free users. It can take a significant amount of time to find the source of the conflict in the theme. If you paid for your theme I recommend checking with them, or trying a new theme.
