Shortcodes not working

    The solution below for jdalen didn’t work for me.

    shortcodes for other woocommerce sliders work but not this one. I am understanding this is popular and I don’t want to pay for the pro version if I can’t get the free version to work.

    I’m just trying ot get the simple [wpb-product-slider] code to work to start with.

    any ideas?

    What it say when you add this shortcode in your site?

    Did you add this in your site content editor or any sidebar ?

    Are you using any content builder for you site?

    1. If you are using this plugin in content editor, I suggest you to use this shortcode in editor text mode instate of visual mode.

    2. If you are using it in widget area, add the following code to your theme’s functions.php file.
    add_filter(‘widget_text’, ‘do_shortcode’);
