Shortcodes not working – does not display content

    Hello, the plugin itself is working (in review tab of single product), but shortcodes does not display the content. I need shortcodes to display content on other pages. Shortcodes from other plugin is working see example: https://pasteboard.co/BqAb0uLQe6YA.jpg
