Shortcodes not working in JigoShop ECommerce 2.0

Hello, I am finally getting to update this site to JigoShop 2.0. The migration went well but the pages with the prior short codes do not display any products. I have tested with all plugins off and with the default theme and get the same results.

Am I missing something obvious?

Any info would be great.
