Shortcodes not working on all pages

Are you referring to WYSIWYG editor not displaying the video shortcode? Could you please send the site URL that you have used our plugin so that we can check for the issue and provide you with a solution.

I cannot provide you with an URL as this is done on a staging area. But let me give you some more information.

Problem is not in the editor, but in the browser when visiting the site (so the end UI).
1. This is my Biographical Info of my user:

[video width="1280" height="720" mp4="https://xxx/staging/wp-content/uploads/.../cta_vacances.mp4"][/video]
…
This loads a video player included with my page builder. When viewing a post that shows the UA box, I can see the video player popping up in the UAB and I can play the video. All good here. So the bio definition is correct and works fine. UAB can display a video in the bio field ??

2. I add the UA box as shortcode to a page

[ultimate_author_box user_id=”3″ template=’uab-template-2′],

3. Viewing the page gives me the UAB, but not the video anymore in the bio field. In my browser, I see the full shortcode as defined in the bio

[video width="1280" height="720" mp4="https://xxx/staging/wp-content/uploads/.../cta_vacances.mp4"][/video]

I tried the same with same HTML code to play a video and same behavior: no problem in posts, but when using the UAB via shortcode on a page, I cannot play the video.
