shortcodes not working on site

Without seeing any of the shortcodes you used or the site itself I can’t be of much help. Unfortunately I don’t provide email support for a free plugin.

My general advice would be to double check that you have all the proper opening and closing shortcodes in the right places. I’d also check that your theme has the wp_footer(); function in the footer.php template. Finally, you should make sure there aren’t any conflicting plugins, or that it’s not an issue with the theme by switching to a default theme and deactivating all other plugins. If doing those two things fixes the issue you know it’s a problem with another plugin conflicting or the theme itself.

Understood – unfortunately, I don’t have the time to figure this out and found another accordion plugin that worked.
