Shortcodes: old ones still working in page builder, but new ones aren't

    Hi, I hope someone can help me.

    I have a website that I made using Make, and have been using shortcodes in the pagebuilder (in columns). I haven’t made a new page for a while, but when I did last week, any new shortcodes that I add in Make page builder don’t work but just show the shortcode. I assume it’s something to do with an update. Has anyone else had this problem?

    An example of a page where shortcodes are working:

    An example of a NEW page where shortcodes won’t work:

    Second — I’m not seeing the shortcodes in your content. What plugin are you using for shortcodes and are you still having problems?

    Oops, I removed the broken code, but I’ve put it back now for you to see. I’ve put the exact same code from the bottom left column of my CONNECT page at the bottom of my HOME page, you can see the shortcode isn’t working.

    The plugin I am using in this case is AGP Font Awesome Collection.

    In the past I have successfully used the following plugin shortcodes in Make page builder columns:
    Shortcodes ultimate
    Instagram feed
    Etsy shop

    They are also not working now in new pages!
