Shortcodes & Profile Photo Issue

    Hello there,

    I have the Profile Grid & Registration Magic Premium Plus versions. I have two issues at current.

    PROFILE PHOTO: Whenever someone tries to update their profile photo it doesn’t want to crop the photo, but it still loads the photo into the database. Secondly, they try several times to upload the photo, but it doesn’t attach to their profiles. (But still the photo is in my database. The issue is that the client tries several time to crop the photo, and each time they crop I have a copy of the photo in my database.)

    SHORTCODES:See the below that is by default in some of the emails. I would to use them, but do not know how to configure them so that they link to the info the client fills out in the form. How exactly does the below shortcodes work? Is the 1234 code related to another code in the form? Please explain. I can’t find this in your knowledgebase or shortcode list either.

    Hi,

    We are unable to replicate the issue reported with profile photo since it’s working fine at our end. In order to replicate and assist you with it, please raise a ticket here.

    Also, the shortcode of each and every field is different in RegistrationMagic. One form’s text field shortcode will not work in other forms so you need to add shortcode in email template using Add Field Dropdown menu showing above template.
