    Hello @asyadesign,

Can you please be more precise in what you’ve changed it the Browser cache setting in W3 Total Cache?
Did it work before you’ve made those changes you are mentioning?

I only checked the referrer policy under the Security Header. Yes it was totally working fine, before making the said changes. I checked the referrer policy since it was the solution offered upon searching. There was a referrer something error when I inspected the pages, and make the said changes, the error was fixed, but the shortcode stopped working properly.

    Hello,

If the directive is set to “” please change it to “no-referrer-when-downgrade”

What do you mean, could you please elaborate. I am really sorry but I’m not familiar on what you are talking about.

    Hello @asyadesign,

Under the Referrer Policy box, there is a Directive: drop-down menu. If that is set to
    “” change it to “no-referrer-when-downgrade”

Sorry for the late reply, after doing that, what should I do next?

    Hello,

You stated that the issue occurred when you enabled referrer policy under the Security Header. Can you please disable it and see if the issue persists?

I finally found the problem, I think it is not about enabling/disabling the referrer policy. I just accidentally thought it was the problem, since I have change the settings while editing my post page. But, thanks for the help ??

On the other hand, I have another problem, since I will change to a secure website with the help of SSL. Seems all of the shortcodes are not working when I change my site to an https url, could you help me out?

    Thanks again.
