Shortcut Code Not Working

Upgraded to WordPress 4.3 today and this code stopped working:

[catlist name=”News” template=widgetTemplate numberposts=4 excerpt=yes excerpt_size=15 date=yes]

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be GREATLY appreciated.
