Shortening ‘recently written’ titles in sidebar

Hi…I really hate the way my longer ‘recently written’ titles spill onto the next line in my sidebar. For example, here’s what the title of one recent post looks like in the sidebar:

Gordon Ramsay: World’s Sweetest
Boy

How can I fix it so that instead of spilling over onto the next line, it replaces the overflow with an ellipsis? Like this:

Gordon Ramsay: World’s Sweetest…

or something like that? Thanks.
