Shortpixel stopped working after switching server

    I migrated our whole wordpress installation to a different provider today and suddenly the site did not load properly any more. The pages try loading forever and then stop more or less after loading the headlines. After some trial and error I found out that Shortpixel is the culprit. After deactivating the plugin the site worked normally again.

    I suspect it might have something to do with pHp (now version 7) or it’s options. Do you have an idea what this could be?

    thanks for your message, sorry to hear about this issue.

    As far as I am aware you’re the first person to experience such a behavior, would it be possible to contact us directly here with your API Key as well so we can investigate your case?

    This link gives me an Error 500 ??

    I moved two more sites to the new server today and it the behavior was completely identical. As soon as ShortPixel is activated the pages stop loading after the first headline.

    Is there a list of needed php/Apache-options? Or any other compatibility checker?

    I’m sorry to hear about this behavior ??
    No we don’t know about any special needed options and this is the first time we hear about this specific issue.
