Should email sync when user does not create account?

    When a user purchases an item from my wordpress WC store, but they are not logged in, nor do they have an account, but they tick the ‘subscribe me to newsletter’ check box.

    This should update the list on mailchimp correct? I just want to double check that should be happening before I go about debugging why it isnt happening.

    @pauly24, thanks for reaching out. Yes, with what you’re describing, that sequence of events should subscribe the customer in Mailchimp business as usual. The only other situation that they wouldn’t is if that particular email already unsubscribed from your list on a previous campaign (using the same Mailchimp list your syncing to).
