    Oh. Thanks for your prompt response.
    Iwas worried b ecause of many comments on this forum about lack of support and potential problems with the product.
    I guess that’s not the case.

    I too am concerned this plugin has not rapid enough support, especially since it fails midstream on user import.

    I’ve had excellent support.
    I must admit, I was a bit jaded by some of the comments here as well.
    But so far they’ve been great.

    I still have no support. Asked for refund. Now we have to claim it on the credit card.
