Should I install wordpress twice?!

Hi,

I am currently constructing my wordpress layout and would like to achieve the effect where the main page (the page whose address will be https://domain.net) will only contain excerpts of my recent blog entries. A link will be provided for visitors to go to in order to see my blog in all its entirety — THIS is where I want all of my entries to be viewed in full length. I want the url of this page to probably be https://domain.net/blog.

And if that paragraph was a bit confusing — because it was to me — I would simply like for excerpts of my recent posts to be on ONE page; and all of entries on another.

I have no idea if this is possible, however.
