Should I install wordpress twice for 2 sites in 1 host?

    I have 2 domains in the host–
    one is subdomain in the root;
    another is add on domain in the sub-folder of “subdomain.com”

    To build 2 website for the 2 domains, should I install one WordPress for each? or, where should I install WordPress?
